Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy
- Age at least 30 years
Plan,Organize And monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales Achievement.
Analyze sales performance, sales trends,market environment and competitions and execution strategies.
Drive and lead multiple team of territory Sales Executive and sales Officers for generating Sales In assingned business Areas.
Visit Distribution Point frequently and solve trade queries and problems.
Frequent field visit & develop Relationship with our Retailer,Distributors and Sales Officers.
Drive Primary and Secondary Sales Target and implement sales promotional Activities/Trade schemes In Market effectively.
Prepare product forecast Based on Sales trend And monthly target.
Implement and recommend strategies to the management based on analysis of market trend and competitors.
Assist In Recruitment and Development Of sales Officers and Monitor and motivate them to Achieve target.
